The northeast monsoon is bringing cold and rainy weather to southern China. Locally, the minimum temperature recorded at the Observatory this morning was 8.9 degrees, the lowest so far this winter.
Outlook : Remaining cold with a few rain patches in the next couple of days.
The temperature inside our place is 15C! lol MY GOD!!!!
