6th Anniversary Dinner at The Lounge in Four Seasons

Cream of Tomato Soup with Pesto Croutons
My main course, Slow-Cooked Beef Cheek with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Crispy Pancetta and Black Truffle Sauce
Hubby's main course, Pan Seared Wild Salmon with Braised Baby Carrots and Watercress Salad
Dessert time! :D Classic Crepe Suzette with Vanilla Ice Cream

My main course was quite yummy but a bit rich. Hubby suggested having it with some mustard. It tasted much better! ^^ The soup was nice and creamy. Hubby's salmon was fantastic. I tasted some of it. Really fresh and yummy! :D The desserts were lovely too.
The service was excellent and they got us a good table in a quiet corner. :) We spent 2 hours having our dinner there. It was very relaxing. :)
