Happy Halloweenie! :)

I had dinner at mum's and got baby a dinner box! Hubby met up with me at the mini bus stop in KT.

We were gonna get ice cream at IFC but it was closed when we got there. lol Bummer!
(we needed to use the coupons!) So we went to the other one in LKF. We had 2 scoops each! I chose Belgian choccy and Macadamia nuts.

Hubby couldn't enjoy his ice cream because it was dribbling down on the sides of the cone and his hand got all sticky. Poor him.

Next time, we will get a cup instead of a cone! But WE do need to BLAME the ice cream girl. She should have told us that cups would have been better for 2 scoops! Anyway, we learnt from experience. hahahahaha lmao!

Halloween toys? :) Anyone?

Thai Chicken Salad

Last night, we ate a lot of meat. Tonight, we are having a healthy salad! :)
mmm.... yum!

Our Delicious Dessert - Molten Chocolate Cakes

Me and hubby love this dessert very much. We sometimes have it when we are eating out. It's very easy to make it yourself. It doesn't take long either. You can use semi-sweet chocolate but I used dark chocolate since we love it. It was delicious! We both enjoyed it big time. :) But next time, I will make it look a bit more beautiful with some icing sugar on top and serve it with vanilla ice cream.

After dinner, I asked hubby whether he wanted some chocolate cake, he said he was full. (Yeah, right) hahaha At the end.... he enjoyed the cake so much. Check out the last photo of him.


We finished it very quickly. :) It was heavenly!

A Beautiful film - Lust, Caution

Finally, I went and watched Lust, Caution at Palace IFC tonight.
一點也不悶...很好看! 完場時都唔覺坐了2.5 hours. 女主角湯唯演得很好!

What did we do......

Morning Morning.....
Baby got up before me! That was weird! lol
We had breakfast together! Salami & Cheese on Toast! yum yum...

We took the 1:45pm ferry and got to central at 2:25pm. I felt like the ferry was taking ages and slow as hell. Normally it's not like that. Anyway, we got on the bus to Wan Chai. We looked at the computer stuff and bought a few things. After that....we walked to Causeway Bay. Times Square was full of people. *Not good* We decided to have dinner early tonight. We went to Genki for sushi. It was great. We enjoyed it a lot. Nice and quiet in there! ho ho ho
We bought this green tea powder! :) Many people say it's good!



We went to G.O.D after dinner. Spent 2 hours looking around there. Some of the stuff was very nice but definitely overpriced. Baby loved the coffee tables there. They looked very solid and good quality. But they both cost over $15000! Crazy!



Oh we went to I D concept in Causeway Bay as well. We liked some of the things in there too.

We had a chat and some ice cream at Haagen Daz before we came home! :-)

Hubby said he wanted pizza :)

A Year Later.......................

Finally.....we decided to try the Japanese restaurant on the island after living here for a year. lol :) We went there for dinner tonight. Hubby had the yummy grilled salmon and I had one of their dinner sets. It came with a salmon hand roll, miso soup and curry tonkatsu with rice 咖喱炸豬扒飯. All tasted pretty good! :D Hubby was very happy with his salmon. He loved it.

We will go there again with our camera next time! :D

Last night's dinner - Salami Fried Rice

onion, shallot, green bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, 2 eggs, ham, salami and rice! :D

I got my order! :)

I ordered this from strawberrynet.com last Saturday. The friendly postie came round this morning. I saw him from the kitchen when I was looking out of the window. He waved at me. I went down right away and signed for my parcel.

He said he came round yesterday as well but no one answered the door. He called my name many times. Stella Stella Stella................ lol I felt so sorry that I couldn't hear him. :P

Anyway, I got my order and I am happy. :)

My good old friend, Jessie went to Japan with her hubby and son. She got me a lovely gift. It's a cute little jar with lots of sweets inside. :) I love it. Thanks a lot! :D Sweet Sweet! :D

Dinner at Mum's

Mum invited me to have dinner at hers tonight. She said Mei Mei and Ah Mui would be there too. :) Cool!

Mummy cooked stir fried rice noodles with beef. It was quite yummy. :) Hubby also had the same thing as I got him a dinner box!

My sister seemed to be happier with her job now. That's great! :) I was a bit worried about her before.

Hubby rescued my cookies from the bin

I was looking for a good chocolate chip cookie recipe on the net today. I found one that seemed good, and decided to use it. But the end result wasn't good - the cookies didn't look right to me. I wasn't happy at all. I chucked them straight away. :(
I told hubby about it on the phone and he said I should have kept them.

Guess what! When hubby came home, he rescued my cookies from the bin. lol Don't worry! Our bin was very clean and the cookies were inside the foil. :) He tried a few cookies and said they were yummy. lol It was funny to see him do that. I should have recorded it. :p

He was such a good laugh! He loves me so much that he ate the cookies from the bin.
wahahahahahaha

Power Station Beach

We went out for a little walk to Power Station Beach. There were some people playing African drums nearby - I felt like I was in the jungle massive hahahahahahahahaha

We walked to the top and sat down watching the waves. It was so comfortable to be there with the sea breeze. We liked it. :)
