三號強風信號生效
天文台指，根據現時預測路徑，帕布將會在下午稍後非常接近香港，
甚至有機會橫過本港，發出八號烈風或暴風信號的機會不能排除。

typhoon oh you're so lucky, I love typhoons!!! Stock up on junk food, buy a few new DVD's and ride out the storm in your flat!
