Yeah! Another Focaccia! I put the dough in the fridge for the night. It rose beautifully. Can you see that? :) hehehe It's like a lovely pillow but I won't sleep on it. hahaha ^^
Tonight, I made (西蘭花芝士湯) broccoli & cheese soup to go with the bread. And we had some salad as well. ^^ 好滿足呀! I don't know why...I have been craving for soup recently. It's like I can't sleep well if I don't have it. lol It's weird! For the past few days, I had Batchelors Cup A Soup (Instant stuff). Not the real thing but it's quite tasty. 哈哈哈 I got it from the UK. Even tho...they can't make good pot noodles but their instant soup is great. :p
