Anyway, we bought the tickets at Bogaz Hatti Ferry Dock (No. 3) and managed to get ourselves good seats on the upper deck. It was full on the boat. The weather wasn't very good to start with. It was a bit hazy but it got better once we got off the boat at Anadolu Kavagi which was the last stop. There were loads of seafood restaurants. We didn't try any of them as we weren't feeling hungry then. The whole tour would take you 4.5 hours going there and back. It was quite a journey!
When we got to see the fortress, Hubby felt a bit disappointed because of the rubbish everywhere but It was cool to go up there. We enjoyed sitting down on the wall and taking in the view. It was actually quite nice. We spent about 2 hours there and then took the afternoon ferry back to Besiktas. :)
We found a little cafe in Besiktas which looked quite alright. We had a very good lunch there. :D Even though, we couldn't speak Turkish and they couldn't speak English but we used body language! It was very funny! haha.... Oh, and the food was excellent. We had lentil soup, freshly baked bread, salad, chicken, and lamb with rice. I still remember how to get there. I won't forget it!
Finally, We went for our first ever Turkish bath in the evening. It was good that we tried it. :P But not so sure if we would go there again! hahahaha
