Diced Beef Steak with Rice

Vietnamese style! :)

牛柳粒紅飯 Yummy Yummy

肉眼扒，切粗粒約200克
乾蔥1粒，切幼絲
拔蘭地1湯匙
金黃糖漿 半湯匙
紅飯:
白飯2杯
茄膏半湯匙
茄汁1湯匙
少許 糖、鹽
裝飾:
唐生菜2片
蕃茄1個，切厚片
青檸1個

醃料:
生抽1湯匙
老抽2茶匙
糖1茶匙
蒜頭2粒，剁茸
適量 鹽、黑胡椒碎


1. 肉眼扒先與醃料拌勻，待15分鐘。
2. 燒熱油鑊，下白飯炒至鬆散。 茄汁與茄膏及糖、鹽拌勻，加入白飯內炒至均勻，盛起。
3. 另於平底鑊內燒熱油，牛柳粒加入少許鹽調味，用大火煎香。 加入乾蔥絲炒軟，灒拔蘭地酒。 最後拌入糖漿，盛起便可與紅飯同上。

Birthday Walk :)

Hubby didn't go to work this afternoon. He decided to go out for a walk with me instead! :D After our walk, we came home and had dinner together. I made some pasta. :) It was great to have it together.

Hubby went to work after the meal. :) When he came home, we went to power station beach and looked at the stars. There were tons of them!! Very beautiful! :)

I felt very full. I needed a rest! hahahaha

The meal was fantastic. :) We both loved it very much. We spent more than 3 hours having our brunch there. It was really really nice. :) I was so chuffed when the band sang a couple of songs for us. :D Hubby asked them to sing My Girl. :D He was so sweet! ^^

After the meal, we went for a walk and had a look around TST. :) The sky was quite pretty tonight. And the moon.... looked very cute! hahaha Can I call it cute actually? :)
