It's so bloody cold!

Local Weather Forecast 

An intense winter monsoon and a rainband persisted over southern China yesterday. Locally, cold weather prevailed and there were a few rain patches. The minimum temperature recorded at the Observatory was 7.4 degrees in the morning, the lowest so far this winter and also during the Lunar New Year Holidays since 1996. Temperatures over the territory stayed at 10 degrees or below in the afternoon. The monsoon is expected to moderate slightly towards the weekend.
Weather forecast for Hong Kong
It will be cold. Mainly cloudy with one or two rain and mist patches. Temperatures in the urban areas will linger around 9 degrees in the morning, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be about 14 degrees. Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds, becoming easterlies.
Outlook : Brighter with slightly higher temperatures in the following couple of days.
