Fantastic Food At Petrus ^^

Sauteed frog legs with powdered liquorice and petits gris snails, potato cream

Classic gratinated endives with ham and black truffle

Seaweed butter and salted butter

Muscade pumpkin soup, black truffle, bone marrow and green onion ravioli

Roast lamb rack, Brussels sprouts with farm bacon and ceps

Roast north Atlantic cod, eggplant caviar and black pudding with apple

Well-chuffed :)

Better weather today but still not very clear!
