Kahlúa Hot Chocolate Drink
I just made myself a special drink! :)
It's Kahlúa hot chocolate. Mmm.. it's so delicious! Do you want to taste it?
I think hubby will like that. I will make him one if he is a good boy. lol
Actually, he is great at making hot chocolate drink. :) hehe
We should use our bottle of Kahlúa more often. I think we've only used it a few times since we got it. lol
Maybe it's time to make Tiramisu again? :D
Swimming.....
I just got back from swimming. It was nice. The water was clear and the sky was blue. :) I enjoyed it.
I am cooking tomato and basil baked fish for our dinner! :D

Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly,
Laugh uncontrollably,
And never regret anything that made you smile.

Smoked Salmon Diet
We had smoked salmon a lot this week. :)
I made pasta and rice dishes with it. We also had it on toast for breakfast. :D
I managed to lose 1kg! :D I am very pleased.
I have been very good as well because I didn't eat any crisps (this week). Even though my lovely hubby (the little devil) tempted me last night. :)

Whole Earth Crunchy Peanut Butter
Yummy yummy. :D I just had some on my homemade wholemeal bread.
I asked hubby to get this peanut butter for me. :D Thanks a lot! hehehe It's very nutty. Mmm... So delicious! I love it.
Ingredients
Roasted Peanuts (97%), Palm Oil*, Sea Salt, * Sustainable Palm Oil Sourced from Rspo Member.
I like the first ingredient but palm oil..? Hmm....not so much! :) It would be perfect if it was sunflower oil or olive oil.

Loads of rubbish......
I was gonna go for a swim earlier but I decided not to after I saw the rubbish in the water. I am sure most of it was from China. I felt really sad seeing that. :(
There were plastic bottles, packaging bags and all sort of different things. All mainland products. I wonder how they got there though.
When I was on the way home, I saw a long snake near power station beach. It was thin and long. :)

Detox and Cleanse
Swimming/Cycling
Swimming and cycling are both great when cleansing/detoxing as they are both renowned for being extremely efficient, low-impact, aerobic forms of exercise. Swimming is particularly good for a detox as it very relaxing and therapeutic as well as being a great muscle conditioner.
Both forms of exercise are also detox-friendly as they allow a fairly high level of control over your heart-rate and therefore allow you to ensure that you do not exercise with too great an intensity. They both also encourage deep diaphragmatic breathing which is especially important when cleansing/detoxing.

Now I know why I feel fantastic after swimming. ^^

Hot Hot Hot
I just came home from swimming. :)
The water didn't look very clean and there was quite a lot of rubbish.
