Our Homemade Mince Pies (1 Jan 2010)
Me rubbing the butter into the flour! :) You may notice this pic is not so clear because it's from a video. :D
All Butter Crust
340g all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
227g unsalted butter, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
4 to 6 Tbsp ice water
Before putting it into the fridge

Not the best looking mince pies but they taste really good :D Hubby had 3 and a half. hahaha I had 2 and a half. lol We could have had more but shouldn't. We are good. hahahaha
I suggested making a big one. Hubby said no but then he changed his mind. LOL He made this one! :) Cool? hahaha I put the eye balls on! HEHEHE

It was fun making mince pies together! :) We will do it again. hahaha
