From Apple Daily

正宗肉醬意粉煮法

材料:(四人份量)
• 300克上等免治牛肉
• 150克煙肉
• 50克黃蘿蔔
• 50克芹菜
• 30克洋葱
• 5湯匙番茄醬或 20克番茄濃縮液
•半杯乾白酒
•一杯牛奶
•少量高湯

烹調方法:
•將煙肉、黃蘿蔔、芹菜及洋葱切粒後用慢火炒,再加入免治牛肉、乾白酒和高湯烹調,之後加番茄醬煨煮兩小時,其間才加入牛奶攪勻。

hahaha I haven't tried it yet. The Italians say that's the proper way to make it. lol
