Croatia and Slovenia

We spent 16 days travelling in Croatia and Slovenia. Everything went smoothly. :D Yeah!

4 nights in Dubrovnik
We had a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view of the old town. It was absolutely amazing! But 1 day we had bad weather.

3 nights on Korcula
We think Korcula is more beautiful than Dubrovnik. :) We want to go back and see more of it. It's a romantic island. ^^ Beautiful sunset and lovely people and the crystal clear water. We miss Korcula!!!!

A day trip to Hvar from Korcula by ferry
Gorgeous place. We took lots of photos there. :D The weather was great. Yummy ice-cream and coffee and cakes!!!. :) Loads of coffee bars and yachts. It was very relaxing to just sit there in the sun. People aren't so friendly though if you compare them to the ppl in Dubrovnik and Korcula.

1 night in Split
Our apartment was inside the Diocletian's Palace. The decoration was really nice. Great location. We had a yummy breakfast at a hotel restaurant on the Riva Waterfront.

2 nights near Plitvice lakes
We didn't get a room before we got there. The bus driver dropped us off at the right place. There were lots of zimmer zimmer, sobe and rooms. :P We found a good one. It was near ST2 and about 20 mins walk to the entrance.

The room was only 40 euros a night with breakfast! Great deal. :)

We checked out the beautiful Plitivce lakes and managed to see all of them. It took us about 8 hours. :) Had a lovely picnic there.

3 nights in Zagreb
Beautiful apartment but ppl weren't so so. :p lol Not much to write about. HAHA Oh...I got some nice cheap jewellery there which I like. :)

2 nights in Ljubljana
We had a day trip to Lake Bled. It was so beautiful there. We got lucky with the weather. It was sunny but not too hot. Great for hiking. We saw the Julian Alps. :D#

We walked around the lake and then took a bus to Vintgar Gorge. Hubby was very happy to be there and we took tons of crazy photos and videos there. We walked back to Bled before the sun went down. We took the last bus back to Ljubljana after dinner.
We didn't go to the famous cake shop. :( We need to go back for sure! :)

Okay.. enough for now.
I put on 3kgs. :(
