It was nice to try it but I won't have this kind of buffet again. I am not really a buffet person. :) However, my hubby is a dessert man. lol He enjoyed it more than I did. I wasn't surprised though. hahahaha ^^ Next time, we will go to the Four Seasons for afternoon tea. I am looking forward to it already! ^^
I didn't try all the cakes at the Clipper Lounge but it was lovely to just sit there and chat with hubby! ^^ I enjoyed that.
I got my anniversary gift from hubby. I love it! :) It's a big sliver heart charm.
We went to Park Avenue and collected the cat food. We had dinner with my family. I said I wouldn't eat a lot but I ended up eating quite a bit. lol
This is my old watch which I bought from Japan in 1997. It was my first trip abroad btw. :) But I haven't worn this watch for the past few years because the battery died and the strap got mould from our old place. lol
Now it looks new and fresh to me again after the nice bloke put the new battery in and the leather strap on.
When the guy was doing the job, I was looking at the watches. I found a cool one and it only cost $30. lol Wow that's very cheap! I did want to get it but I didn't in the end.
This is the shop! :) I paid $35 for the new battery and the strap. (it's about 3 pounds) ^^
We had Afternoon tea at the Bubbles Bar in Marco Polo Hotel.
The food was better than what we had at the Peninsula ages ago and the service was quite OK. We really really miss The Chater Lounge very much! It was the best for afternoon tea. Everything was perfect in there.
But we can't go there anymore since it's closed for good. :(
I went to Kennedy Town and bought some home stuff there. I had my lunch at a congee place. I used to go there quite often. :) The food is pretty good and it's dirt-cheap. I had minced beef congee and fried noodles. The bill was about a quid! :)
They moved to a new address. We used to get fried rice from there. No gweilo tax! lol
I saw this in Citysuper. :) I didn't buy it. haha :) Heart shaped steak and lamp chops!
