My breakfast tasted very good this morning because hubby served me breakfast in bed. :D It was so so nice. SWEET!!! :D The coffee was super as well. ^^ What a treat! :D D

It was good fun playing cards together. hahahaha ^^ Kee was the turtle kung! ;D Next time, we will open our big bottle of sake. The loser has to drink that! :D

We went for Japanese food together. It was great because they liked the food! :) It was warm and cozy inside the restaurant.

Hungarian Wine

We went into this shop and got some new wine glasses since we broke ours a few months ago. lol Hubby broke them. LOL hahaha... I'll forgive him because I've broken some before. hahaha

We also tasted some really nice Hungarian wine in this shop. The guy was very friendly. We bought 2 bottles of Dorombor. :) It tasted very yummy! hahaha Happy happy!

My niece's birthday

I went to Wan Chai this afternoon. I bought some Christmas stuff there and I also got a birthday present for my niece. :) We are going to celebrate her birthday this Saturday night. We will be having sushi! hahaha :) I bet it's not her suggestion!

My Tea at Circle K

Steamed rice noodles, 3 siu mai and a cup of milk tea for my afternoon tea. All that cost me only HK$12 (about a quid). :D The milk tea was very yummy and I was surprised that the cheung fun was actually pretty good as well. :D

I went to see mum in hospital tonight. She was very chatty and she looked very well. :)

Not Yummy!!!!

I was feeling hungry when I was walking around Causeway Bay last Thursday. I was thinking of what to eat and then I saw this little Japanese snack shop near Times Square. They had loads of different weird stuff. I chose this bacon and egg thingy. It looked interesting and I thought it should taste quite nice but I was wrong. LOL So WRONG! It tasted very bad! I felt like eating plastic! :P I should have had fish balls or siu mai instead!!! Anyway, I won't go there again. :p

【太陽報專訊】材料：

雞蛋　 1 隻

意大利煙肉　 100 克

意粉　 200 克

橄欖油　 2 湯匙

巴馬臣芝士　 100 克

海鹽、黑椒碎　適量

做法：

1. 一公升滾水加入海鹽及幾滴橄欖油用以烹煮意粉。

2. 將切碎的意大利煙肉以橄欖油炒香至出油微焦。

3. 熟意粉撈起並放入鍋中，與煙肉快速炒香。

4. 熄火後，加入打散的雞蛋、海鹽、黑椒碎及一半分量的芝士粉拌勻。

5. 上碟後，將餘下的一半芝士粉灑在表面即成。

聖誕餐主菜 燒 BB 雞

材料：

BB 雞 2 隻

1 ) 西芹 1 磅、洋蔥 1 個、甘荀 1 條 ( 全部切碎 )

2 ) 香葉數片、雜香草 2 茶匙

調料：


鹽 3 茶匙

胡椒粉 1 茶匙

做法：

1 ) 把調料平均塗抹在 2 隻 BB 雞的內外。

2 ) 將材料 1 ) 的一半放入雞內，其餘平均舖放在焗盤上， BB 雞約醃 10 分鐘

3 ) 把材料 2 ) 平均放入雞內

4 ) 預熱焗爐 250 度，將雞放入焗 20 分鐘即成。
