I made some scones last week. We had them with clotted cream and strawberry jam. But we still have quite a lot of clotted cream left in the fridge. It needs using up. So I just HAD to make some more scones today. :) This time, I put an egg in the mixture. The scones look more tanned. lol
We had 4 each! :) Yum yum!
