I haven't been feeling that well for the past 3 days. I had a heavy head when I got up and felt like having no energy. It's weird. I went to Glory-in Chinese Medicine Clinic this morning and I was given these little packs of Chinese herbal medicine in powder form. I thought it would taste quite bitter but not really. :)
