Dinner at Spicy Island

After reading the comments of Spicy Island on www.openrice.com. We went there for dinner tonight. :) We ordered two set dinners and the garlic nann as well. We waited about half an hour for our food. We weren't very hungry when we just got there but by the time we got the food. We were starving. :)

So, the set dinner included chicken curry, tandoori chicken, samosa and Indian fried rice. Roger had lamb curry and we both had mango lassi. ^^ Overall, the food was very tasty. It was worth the wait. :) I will recommend it to others!

We didn't take any pictures this time. :) We were too hungry. lol

Sushi Dinner

We had sushi tonight. I took this pic with my mobile phone. The quality is quite alright. It's better than my old nokia phone. We walked from Admiralty to Central Pier. Baby bought me Gelato. ^^ He didn't have one himself because he felt "ho bau". Poor him :(

How many countries have you been to?

My sister Mandy asked me this question the other day. I couldn't really answer her straight away as I've never thought of it.

Good question.. Ah Mui :-) It's fun to count.. :) because I could keep track of them. Here goes Hong Kong (home), Japan, Malaysia, Thailand (5 times), Korea, Philippines, Singapore, China, England (lived there for a year), Wales, Belgium (twice), Switzerland, the Netherlands (twice), Czech Republic, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Macao if that counts. :)

So far 20, and planning to see more with my hubby. We both love travelling.

We watched The Devil Wears Prada at Olympian City tonight.
When we came home, we were starving, Hubby made some late night snack. It was my wholemeal bread with cheese and green peppercorn salami. So simple but so delicious! I want some more now. :)

We had dinner at Lung Kong Restaurant tonight. We tried their new dish Deep Fried Curry Chicken. We thought it was great. ^^

BTW, I think this village house is pretty cool. :) They have a nice dog as well. Can you see him? Look carefully. :) He smiled at me.

Funny and stupid....

A funny thing happened to us tonight....We couldn't open the door. I tried to call the locksmith but no one answered the phone. So... Roger decided to break the door. LOL We spent an hour breaking it.... It was not easy to do it. Actually the lock was a pretty good one. lol Anyway We made it in the end but the door is like this now. The new door is gonna cost us hkd1300!!!! :-O aiya....

new and old.....

I got a phone call from Nokia last night. They said my phone has been fixed. It was the firmware problem but why did they take more than 3 weeks to fix it? I was told it would only take 7 days! I wasn't happy with their customer service at all. Actually, they didn't call me until I posted my complaint letter on the net. I reckon they might have read it.

Anyway, I left Nokia for Sony Ericsson. :p I am well-chuffed with my new phone. It's small and lightweight and its a 3g phone. :) The video calls r cool as well. Roger and me have used it a couple of times.
