Hot Hot Hot

I wanted something really hot for dinner. I cooked spicy garlic eggplant with minced pork 鱼香茄子. It tasted really good with rice.

I won't get the Lee Kum Kee ready sauce anymore as I found that it's actually very easy to make it yourself. :)
I used this recipe.

My friend came to see me

The weather has been really cold. We didn't go anywhere at the weekend.

Today, Mandy came to Lamma with her friend. We had a little walk and had something to eat together.

Hubby and me had late dinner.

Apple Crumble!!!!!

I made apple crumble with custard for our lunch today. It tasted great and very filling. It felt so nice and warm inside my stomach. lol Can you feel it too? :)

After dinner, we went to Winnie's. We were meant to countdown there but we were just too busy chatting away.

When Roger looked at his watch. it was 5 past 12 already. hahaha Crazy! Anyway, It doesn't really matter. :) It's just another day! innit!
