Another visit

We went to visit Mei Mei today. She looked better than last time we saw her.

We had dinner at Macau Restaurant in Shun Tak.

Calbee Crisps - Hot & Spicy

I finished the whole pack of crisps when I was on the phone with my mummy. They were just too moreish. :)

My sister and me went to see Yvonne and Tsz Yau tonight.

Run Fatboy Run

We went and watched this film at AMC Pacific Place in the afternoon. Had a good laugh. It was pretty good! 4 stars! :)

We had dinner at Triple O in Causeway Bay. We aren't going to this one again. There were too many people. :p When we came home, I cooked shin ramen with beef balls & an egg for my late night snack. lol It was so good!

I spent quite a while looking for a good hair straightener. Finally, I got one from Sogo tonight. It's Remington Wet2straight slim with Teflon coating. This is the best one I've tried in the shop. It's hot enough. 230 degrees!! Good for my thick hair. :)

I also tested 2 other brands. One was Vidal Sassoon which was totally rubbish. It did nothing to my hair and it was slow to heat up. The other brand was Rowenta. It was just OK.

Homemade Mushroom Burgers

Hubby bought some Australian beef patties from Citysuper last night. I made 2 mushroom burgers for our dinner tonight. They were really good! :) Yum yum!

The packaging is quite pretty! I think that's why hubby bought it. hahaha

Roger's student got us this yummy crispy pork jerky from Singapore. I had some earlier. Not bad! But I like the juicy kind much more.

Just dyed my hair a few days ago :)

This is the Palty hair dye in "Sweet Sepia", which is sort of dark brown. I got it from Citysuper in Tsim Sha Tsui a few days ago. It was the first time for me to dye hair by myself. *Very exciting* lol

It was kind of fun to do it as there were quite a lot of steps. But I found it a bit difficult to do the back of my hair though. So next time, I will need my hubby's help. He said no problem! haha

Want some easy wine?

I like the packaging a lot. I think it's very convenient to get wine like this. Also the cardboard box is better for the environment since we don't recycle glass bottles in Hong Kong which is quite sad, really! Oh and this wine actually tastes quite good and it's very cheap. :)

Pantene Clinicare Shampoo & Conditioner

I got them from Watsons when they were on special. :-) The prices are pretty similar to Super Lux. That's why I wanted to give it a go. Many girls raved about this stuff and highly recommended it. I'd say it is very good. I noticed my hair is smoother than before and it's less frizzy. Great stuff! :D

My New Havaianas Flip-Flops

Do they look cool? I think they do seriously! :) Especially the pattern and the thin straps! I got them from Lane Crawford last week. I love them a lot. I'd say they are my new favourite pair of flip-flops. They are very comfortable and the quality seems to be really good! Yeahhhhhhh I am very happy with my purchase! ho ho ho

Had a haircut last week! Shorter and lighter! :)

My new toy - Rowenta Curling Iron

Woohoo I got a new toy! :D I bought it last week after having my haircut. I have used it a few times and I really like it. It's not that difficult to use once you get the hang of it. There are lots of videos on youtube that you can watch and learn from there! But I found this one is the most useful.

Now I fancy getting a hair straightener as well. So I can have any hairstyles I want! Isn't that fantastic?

It's growing again!

This is the only plant we have! :) We bought it about 2 years ago (maybe longer). It was very nice when we just had it. And then it got damaged big time when we moved here. But.... now It's growing again! I am very chuffed. :D

New Haircut & Shopping

I went for a new haircut this afternoon. My hairdresser cut my fringe a bit too short. But it's not a big problem since my hair grows very fast. ^^
