我的第一次........整蘿蔔糕 Turnip Cake


Daikon, Chinese sausages, rice flour, chives & coriander


Grate the daikon (my hands are very tired) :P


Before steaming. It would take an hour!


Done! :D Ready for frying!

It was the first time I made turnip cake. Actually, it wasn't that difficult to make. But...grating the daikon was a bit tiring. Honestly..it was worth the work though. I love the taste of it very much! :D So does hubby! It goes really well with xo sauce! mmm....yum yum yum
