I did some grocery shopping in Central today.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Hubby is cooking curry. We used Shere Khan Tikka Masala Sauce. It tasted very good. I'd give it 4 stars. :)

Next time we could have it with Naan bread. :D

Sunday Afternoon

We saw this while having a walk this afternoon. :) We both think that the old kettle is very cool.

It was freezing cold this afternoon. I had to put on the radiator but it didn't seem to warm up the room. I wonder why. lol!
It was 14C outside and about 16C inside the flat.

We had Kofte Kebab and chips with red wine for dinner. It was yummy!!!

I've been busy preparing for our trip....
looking for plane tickets and hotels and stuff like that.

Dinner Out!

We had dinner at HK Cafe in Central tonight. My baked pork chop rice was pretty yummy and so was Roger's Indonesian fried rice (Bumbu Nasi Goreng).

After dinner, we met Souxie for a drink at Kosmo. We had a good time together.

We went to see the computer stuff in Wan Chai and we went to IKEA. We bought a few things from there.

We sat upstairs this time. The food was delicious. We had italia, cheesy baked eggplants, pizza la marzano, tiramisu and red wine. It was a very nice dinner.

Haven't been out for 2 weeks!

I haven't been off the island for 2 weeks. :) Great! haha
Well...It's because the weather was just too cold and not nice to be outside.

Anyway, I went to Central with hubby today. I said bye bye to him at the escalator then I went to Watsons, Parknshop, Citysuper, Sasa, Bonjour, Zara and Mango. I bought air freshener, toothbrushes, mascara, eye makeup remover, pak fah yeow, bread flour and arborio rice.

Hey Niki, Thanks for reminding me of the amazing white flower oil. haha I totally forgot about it. It's nice to keep it in the house. :)

Hubby got me a new pair of trainers for my new year's gift. They are limited edition. I love them loads. ;D Thank you so much. *kiss kiss* I am wearing them now. They are very comfortable.

I wanted something really hot for dinner. I cooked spicy garlic eggplant with minced pork 鱼香茄子. It tasted really good with rice.

I won't get the Lee Kum Kee ready sauce anymore as I found that it's actually very easy to make it yourself. :)

The weather has been really cold. We didn't go anywhere at the weekend.

Today, Mandy came to Lamma with her friend. We had a little walk and had something to eat together.

Apple Crumble!!!!!

I made apple crumble with custard for our lunch today. It tasted great and very filling. It felt so nice and warm inside my stomach. lol Can you feel it too? :)
