High quality minced steak patty, fried onion, lettuce and tomato. Mmm... What a fantastic burger! I even think that it tasted better than Triple O! :D Not kidding! I will make it again. We both enjoyed it big time. :)

Homemade Mushroom Burgers

Hubby bought some Australian beef patties from Citysuper last night. I made 2 mushroom burgers for our dinner tonight. They were really good! :) Yum yum!

Enchiladas for Dinner Tonight - Mexican Food

Minced beef, onion, red pepper (not in this picture), soft flour tortilla, spice mix and red enchilada sauce.


I thought I could only make four....


But then I put two more with the sauce on top.
