The Sun is Out! Yeah!!! LOVELY!











We went out for a walk in the afternoon. The weather was pretty good. :D I missed the blue sky so much and I hadn't seen Mr. Sun for a while. We enjoyed our lovely walk. Hope we can do it again next Sunday. ^^

Pancakes for breakfast! Yummy! We used the chocolate spread that we got from Croatia last year. Mmm.. nice but Nutella is still better! :) hehehe

It's her turn :)


What is the name of this fruit?


I thought I wouldn't like it but I actually did like it! ;D Hubby got it from a student. It tasted sweet and the texture was like coconut?? I don't know how to describe it. I asked my sis what that was. She said it was sek lau. :) Maybe!

阿蘇的豉汁蒸排骨

材 料 :

飛 排 1 斤
豆 豉 1/2 包 ( 用 水 浸 , 洗 淨 , 用 刀 背 舂 爛 )
蒜 頭 6 粒 ( 切 小 粒 )
指 天 椒 3 隻 ( 切 粒 )
生 抽 、 老 抽 、 糖 、 各 適 量
生 粉 、 麻 油 及 生 油

烹 調 步 驟 :

1 先 調 和 生 抽 、 老 抽 、 糖 、 豆 豉 、 蒜 頭 , 再 跟 排 骨 醃 一 會 。
2 放 入 雪 櫃 醃 約 30 分 鐘 。
3 加 入 生 粉 , 拌 勻 。
4 最 後 加 入 麻 油 、 油 、 水 。
5 醃 好 之 一 字 排 放 在 鍋 碟 上 , 放 指 天 椒 粒 在 上 , 燒 一 鑊 水 , 水 滾 時 放 入 排 骨 , 蒸 15 分 鐘 , 即 成 。

醃 排 骨 先 要 生 抽 ( 給 鹹 味 ) 、 老 抽 ( 給 顏 色 ) 、 糖 ( 吊 味 ) 、 蒜 頭 豆 豉 ( 給 味 道 )。 等 待 入 味 後 , 便 加 入 生 粉 ( 令 肉 滑 ) 、 油 ( 亦 是 令 肉 滑 ) 、 麻 油 ( 香 味 ) 及 最 後加 一 點 水 令 豉 汁 不 會 太 杰 。

From Apple Daily

正宗肉醬意粉煮法

材料:(四人份量)
• 300克上等免治牛肉
• 150克煙肉
• 50克黃蘿蔔
• 50克芹菜
• 30克洋葱
• 5湯匙番茄醬或 20克番茄濃縮液
•半杯乾白酒
•一杯牛奶
•少量高湯

烹調方法:
•將煙肉、黃蘿蔔、芹菜及洋葱切粒後用慢火炒,再加入免治牛肉、乾白酒和高湯烹調,之後加番茄醬煨煮兩小時,其間才加入牛奶攪勻。
