Budapest (Day 3) Dinner at Fatal 20 May 08

Me standing outside Fatal Restaurant. It's located at the back of Vaci utca on the Pest side. Fatal means wooden plate in Hungarian. This place is famous for serving huge portions of food.

Hungarian Goulash Soup - full of veggies and meat in there. :D Very delicious! We had Czech beer to go with the food.

Mine was shish kebab. It had grilled meat and veggies with roast potatoes and a bit of rice. ;) Everything was just lovely! :D

Hubby had Farmer's Pan which had black pudding, white pudding and a large sausage, loads of braised red cabbage, mashed potatoes and Hungarian gnocchi. Hubby couldn't finish all that food in the end. hahaha... We asked them for a doggy bag. The service was very good though. The waiters were polite and friendly.

Inside the restaurant. Can you see that guy's dish? lol Massive portion! It's unbelievable but the food was excellent! :D We want to go there again!
