Kitchen fan... sorted.

TV aerial will be fixed tomorrow (hopefully).
I haven't watched telly at home since moving to this place because of the bad aerial and the TV booster box.

I am totally out of touch. Whenever my sisters and friends ask me about the TV shows, I tell them ...I can't watch the bloody TV!!!!!! Actually, I've reminded them many times but they always forget. :P

Anyway, I listen to the radio a lot these days. Sometimes it has some good stuff on there. :) But I still want my TV fixed. You know!

Hubby was meant to cook dinner tonight but he was busy fixing my computer.
So, I did the cooking instead. There was lots of chopping to do but well worth it. I'll make it again. :) Yum yum......

Spaghetti Carbonara is Lovely

I cooked Spaghetti Carbonara for our dinner tonight. It tasted very nice but I forgot to take pictures.

Hubby loved it. He said he would open a nice bottle of white wine to go with it when I do it again next time. :) I will for sure since It's one of my favourite dishes.

I found out the original recipe doesn't use cream but eggs.
Eggs r healthier I suppose. :)

The second day of CNY

We went for yum cha this afternoon. Food was good. We ate lots of dim sum.

After that, we went to Sham Shui Po but the computer centre was closed. :(

So, We headed up to Causeway Bay and bought an LCD monitor from Broadway.

I bumped into my friends in Broadway. :)

We watched the fireworks on Lamma. It happened at mid-night.
It was really cool to see that. We heard lots of firecrackers as well. The atmosphere was just amazing.

Our 3 Year Anniversary Dinner at Toscana!

We went to Toscana at the Ritz for our 3 year anniversary dinner last night. Everything was fantastic in this restaurant. The food was gorgeous, service was top-notch and the setting was beautiful. It was the best Italian food we've had. :)

My sister Yvonne took me out for lunch at Red Ant in Causeway Bay. Afterwards we went to have a free facial and massage at Oasis Spa. The facial was a quick one.
It wasn't very nice. I would call it a mini express facial. :p
But the body massage was lovely. We enjoyed it so much. ^^

I was very chuffed that hubby took me there. It was a lovely surprise! :D

We watched Blood Diamond today!

We watched Blood Diamond today. We both think that It's a very very good film. :)
I want to watch it again. :D

We had Korean food for din-din. It was not as good as last time. Don't know why!

Anyway, we had delicious hot choccy at Kosmo. :)

I hate ulcers!

I cooked bangers and mash for our dinner tonight. :) Hubby loved it a lot.

I accidentally bit my lower lip the other day. And now...I have 2 ulcers. :(
Not good!! Even thought they r not painful but I feel a bit moody.

The weather was really hot today. It was like summer.

We were meant to get the 1:30pm ferry together but we missed it.
I was very pissed off as I ran all the way there. I normally enjoy
walking slowly to the pier and I never miss the ferry.

This was the first time ever! :P Not again please! Hubby!!! Slow down & enjoy the walk. :)

I don't like plain noodles. It's too boring. lol I always put some meat and veggies in it. :)
It will look more interesting and definitely yummier.

Nong Shim is by far my favourite. It's a Korean brand. :) Nissin is also very good.

Hubby and me went to Taikoo Shing together. We had a lovely tea at Häagen-Dazs. I chose this one. It had Belgian choccy, strawberry and vanilla.
My favourite is always Belgian choccy! mmm yum!

I went to see my parents tonight. Mummy cooked a lot of yummy food for me. :D

Thai Green Curry with Chicken

Hubby cooked Thai green curry with chicken. It was very nice. He even did the washing up. lol 5 star hubby! hahaha

We had this for our brunch. It tasted very good.
The toppings were mozzarella, spicy sausages,
garlic and some oregano. Very simple but yummy! :D
